Lilianna Marie Smith was born today (12/06/2010) at 3:08pm, weighing in at 6lbs 10 oz and measuring 20 1/2 inches long. She was born at North Kansas City Hospital with Dr. Rickey Nagy in attendance. She has a headful of blonde hair and grey-ish eyes, we will have to wait and see what color they become. Nana and Aunt Lisa were there for the arrival. When big brother Nic came up to see her and she recognized his voice right away. When he spoke she got very quiet and still, looking at him. He didn't seem to mind that they share a birthday.
